  This painting, by James Wedlake, an RGS pupil, was commissioned by the Parents' Association to mark Mr Young's retirement and was presented to the Headmaster in the new arts block on 8th December 2006.
  
  The commission was organised by Phillippa Young on behalf of the PA, past and present, and our thanks go to James, and Mr Rossier and Mr Curtis for their help and support in producing a most original piece of work.
